Known locally as "the Inn," C&R and Shenandoah Custom Homes began this extensive renovation project of the old Stephenson Seminary Building in the Fall of 2003. The building dates back to 1884 when it functioned as a girl's seminary. Since then it has been used as boarding house or "inn" until a fire nearly destroyed it in the early 1990s.
