C&R Development, L.L.C. was founded in 1999 on the fundamental premise of general land acquisition and development. Since its inception, C&R Development has purchased numerous properties in the rapidly growing West Virginia county of Jefferson, near historic Harpers Ferry. These purchases were based on the design of future development for both residential dwelling units as well as commercial office/retail space.

We take great pride in our work, including our dedication to the protection and preservation of the environment and its fragile resources. We consider the ecological impact on all of our projects, and work toward effective solutions both for our clients and the environment for now and the future.
